The name, which in Arbëreshë means ‘very’, also echoes the Sicilian dialect word ‘sciuma’ (foam), evoking the image of the foam on the waves of the Sicilian sea and, at the same time, the rich vitality of the bubbles. Inspired by the atmosphere of Mondello, it is a light and dynamic wine, with an accessible style, designed for a wide audience.

On the nose, it is fragrant and immediate, with citrus notes and fresh hints that evoke the sea and the summer breeze.

On the palate, it is lively, characterised by fine, dynamic bubbles that enhance its freshness and drinkability, with a clean and refreshing finish.
